You’re feeling stuck, overthinking and can’t seem to take a break without feeling guilty.
Let me introduce
You don't know what to do. You tried talking to family, friends, colleagues, reading self-help books, listening to podcasts, tried counselling at school, uni but nothing seems to have changed as quickly as you'd like it to be. You are stuck. You're here because you have hit a brick wall and need help. You don't know where to start.

It isn't easy to admit you need help, but you know you need to do something to work out how to get past this. You can't keep being angry and overworked all the time. You are tired, confused, and frustrated, and all you want is for it to all go away.
In therapy, we will practice by identifying what impacts your well-being, from cultural upbringing to inter-generational issues. We can work to reduce your experience of anxiety and help you rebuild your mental wellness to live a calmer and more balanced life.
Your traditional 1 to 1 counselling session for those who want to have a low key, non-judgemental chat about what you are going through.
This 8-week course helps you get back to basics and understand what brought you to where you are now and how to get where you want to be. Reset Your Mind is an ideal course if you are committed to learning more about your cultural upbringing and its influence on your mental health. Not only are you working towards changing your habits and thought patterns, but you are also embracing your identity and creating a system of care to feel confident in how to manage your stress and anxiety.
The 1 to 1 mentoring session is an hour power you need to get you started and create the path to think, feel and live the possible. You know something needs to change. You realise there has got to be more to life than a 9-5 job. You are starting to question who you are and what is success? You want to make a difference, contribute to the community, make an impact, but how? Where do you start? What do you need to do?

Who needs therapy
Sometimes we can lose sight and miss the signs when we are feeling overwhelmed and would like to think we are in a control of our life until someone notices the change in us. We don't have to wait till we hit rock bottom to then make a choice to do something.
